It’s been a week since I decided I’d better get back on the weight-loss wagon, and it hasn’t gone too bad. I’ve managed to get and work out 6 times in the last 8 days, ate a lot of salad, and have lost about 4 pounds.

It’s frustrating, since this is weight I’ve already lost once, but we’ll do it again. I’m hoping it falls back into habit very quickly…
